I'm damn serious

 Kibitokai would lose IMO,it'd be a very damn good fight in my opinion but I doubt somebody whos sloppy and cowardly as shin could beat someone in the realm of his power

Not to mention somebody who can learn different techniques,insane durability and someone who doesn't take damage from melee attacks.
